Vegetarian Chorizo Queso
Vegetarian Chrozio Queso

This cheesy, spicy, VEGETARIAN friendly dip is going to be such a win at any event! I made this for the Super Bowl and it was a huge hit, plus we even had some for leftovers. Give it a try and pair with some good tortilla chips!
Ingredients
- 2lb of Velvetta
- 1 8oz block cream cheese
- 1 8oz block of pepper check cut into cubes
- 1tbsp of taco seasoning
- 1 can fire roasted Rotel with green chilies
- 1 1/2 cups of ground soy chorizo
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
- 1 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the Chorizo and Milk in a crock pot or disposable foil pan
- Set Crockpot to low for 2 hours or until everything is mostly melted, If you are using a grill or smoker set temp to 250° for 2-3 hours or until melted
- Once everything is mostly melted, give it a good stir
- Add in the
- Stir in Milk to help liquify the queso (a lot easier to dip chips in this way)
- Set to keep warm or place to serve!
