Hibachi w/ Fried Rice

Ingredients
Protien Marinade
- sesame oil – 1 tablespoon
- soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
- hoisin sauce – 3 tablespoons
- minced garlic – 2 tablespoons
- minced ginger – 1 teaspoon
Fried Rice
- 2 cups of Day old or cold jasmine rice
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon Minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 eggs (fried and chopped prior to starting full fried rice)
- sliced green onions
Vegetables
- Zucchini– sliced into 4ths
- Yellow onion – julienned
- White Mushrooms – thinly sliced
- Soy sauce to taste
- Vegetable oil to fry
