Ingredients

Protien Marinade
  • sesame oil – 1 tablespoon
  • soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
  • hoisin sauce – 3 tablespoons
  • minced garlic – 2 tablespoons
  • minced ginger – 1 teaspoon
Fried Rice
  • 2 cups of Day old or cold jasmine rice
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon Minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 eggs (fried and chopped prior to starting full fried rice)
  • sliced green onions
Vegetables
  • Zucchini– sliced into 4ths
  • Yellow onion – julienned
  • White Mushrooms – thinly sliced
  • Soy sauce to taste
  • Vegetable oil to fry
