Beef Meatballs
Beef Meatballs
Yield: 6 Meatballs
The classic meatball, spaghetti and meatballs (spaghetti recipe coming soon). Now I have a lot different meatball recipes, but this is one I threw together quick for dinner one night. But these were so good, and my wife loved them, so it became a recipe!
Ingredients
- 1lb Ground Beef
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup of unexpected cheddar (You can find this at Trader Joes, it is white cheddar with parmesan in it, you can of course sub for parmesan
- 1/2 tsp of olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp of salt and pepper
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl
- Form whatever size you want meatball you want (I made some monster meatballs)
- Place meatballs on a parchment paper lined baking sheet
- Bake in the oven at 375° for about 20 minutes
