Ingredients
Marinade
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 1 tbsp gram masala
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
Sauce
- 1 yellow onion thinly chopped
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp garlic paste
- 2 tbsp gram masala
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 6oz of tomato paste
- Additional tbsp of butter at the end just after adding the tomato paste
- 1 cup heavy chipping cream
- 1 cup milk
- Additional heavy cream if desired
Additional Items
- 4tbsp of butter
- 3 cups Basmati Rice
- Cilantro for garnish
